How do I cancel my monthly SEO service service?
To cancel your monthly maintenance service, please login to PayPal and cancel the subscription or Email us with your information and we will cancel your subscription. *Note* canceling your subscription before the guaranteed time frame voids the guarantee and no refund will be given.
I bought the monthly SEO service but my site fell out of its ranking, can I get a refund?
If your site falls out of the ranking (First Page, Top 5, or Top3) and does not return to the ranking within 7 days you will get a full refund of that months subscription. The also applies to Monthly Maintenance packages.
How long does it take my site to rank, how long will the site stay ranked?
It all depends on the keyword you choose. The average time it takes for a site to achieve first page is 45 days. Some sites take less time, while other sites take almost the full service time. With the monthly service, your site will stay ranked on the first page of Google as long as you have the subscription. For the one time service, some keywords will stay on the first page for months, while other keywords will only last a few weeks.
